1. Prancer’s Spiked Peppermint Mocha

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups brewed espresso
  • 2oz crème de menthe
  • 2oz chocolate liquor
  • ½ cup cream
  • Whipped cream
  • Crushed peppermint candies

Directions:

  1. Brew espresso using stovetop espresso maker.
  2. Divide brewed espresso between four coffee mugs.
  3. Stir 1/2 oz. crème de menthe, ½ oz. chocolate liquor, 1 tablespoon of cream and ¼ tablespoon sugar into each.
  4. Top with whipped cream and garnish with crushed peppermint candies.

2. Cinnamon Delight Coffee Cocktail

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 4oz Cognac
  • 4oz cherry liqueur
  • 1oz cinnamon syrup
  • 4 cups freshly brewed coffee
  • Whipped cream
  • Cinnamon powder

Instructions:

  1. Brew coffee using your choice of coffee maker.
  2. Mix Cognac, cherry liqueur and cinnamon syrup.
  3. Pour mixture into four mugs and then pour in the coffee.
  4. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of brown sugar and cinnamon.

3. Spiced Christmas Coffee

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of freshly ground medium coffee
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1½ tsp. ground cardamon
  • ½ tsp. ground nutmeg
  • ¼ cup Baileys or other Irish cream (in each glass)
  • ½ tbsp. sugar
  • 3 cups water
  • Whipped cream

Instructions:

  1. Place ground coffee, cardamon, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in coffee filter and use a spoon to mix.
  2. Add water to coffee maker and brew.
  3. Pour brewed mixture into 4 coffee mugs.
  4. Mix ¼ cup of Baileys or other Irish cream in each glass and stir.
  5. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

4. Affogato Crème Coffee

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 8oz vanilla vodka
  • 4oz Kahlua
  • 4 espresso shots
  • 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream

Instructions:

  1. Add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream to each glass first.
  2. Then mix vanilla vodka, Kahlua, espresso and two ice cubes in a shaker, and shake until the mixture is chilled.
  3. Divide mixture evenly and pour over vanilla ice cream.
  4. Serve with a spoon.

5. Merry Holiday Cappuccino

Servings: 4

Ingredients: 

  • 2 oz. Kahlua or Irish coffee cream
  • 2 oz. Frangelico
  • 2 oz. Praline liqueur
  • 20 oz. Steamed milk
  • 8 oz. espresso
  • Whipped cream
  • Crushed candy canes

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except for espresso and steamed milk together, and divide among 4 glasses.
  2. Brew espresso in stovetop espresso maker
  3. Steam milk in a small pot or jug. Use a latte frother to build a top layer of frothed milk.
  4. Combine brewed espresso and steamed milk, and divide evenly among the 4 glasses.
  5. Top with whipped cream and crushed candy canes.

6. Boozy Eggnog Latte

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 espresso shots
  • 24oz eggnog
  • 4oz rum
  • Nutmeg for topping

Instructions:

  1. Place eggnog and rum in a pot and heat just under boiling. Use a latte frother to froth the eggnog.
  2. Make espresso with stovetop espresso maker.
  3. Divide fresh espresso into 4 mugs.
  4. Add eggnog to mugs and top with the frothed foam.
  5. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
