The GROSCHE BREMEN MINI is a manual ceramic conical burr coffee grinder was made for the adventurers! It’s compact size is designed to ensure you can grind your coffee beans to get the perfect cup of coffee wherever you are. The gap adjustment allows you to go from coarse grind (perfect for French press coffee), to medium grind (ideal for pour over coffee makers) to fine grind (perfect for espresso). Not only will your grinds be more consistent with a burr coffee grinder, but its small size and travel bag included allow you to easily bring it along on any adventure!

Each grinder comes with its own travel bag to easily grab and go. The easy grip handle simply detaches from the main grinder to keep the burr coffee grinder compact when travelling or to save space in your cupboard! Once you are done grinding, access your freshly ground coffee beans by unscrewing the base piece from the top!

With the Bremen Mini burr coffee grinder, it takes only 2-3 minutes to grind coffee for a cup. Freshly ground coffee, 1 cup at a time, brews the true taste of a quality coffee bean. An electric grinder often will grind too much, and generate heat which can scorch the coffee beans.

Done grinding? The BREMEN Mini hand coffee grinder easily becomes a storage unit for your ground coffee beans! Any leftovers can be kept in the base of the grinder and can holds up to 50 g of freshly ground coffee for your next cup!
Make your own spice blend
You can also use the BREMEN Mini ceramic burr coffee mill to grind spices like peppers, cloves, cardamom, etc. You can put in your blend of spices from the top and as they grind you will prepare a freshly ground all spice mix and store it in the storage container and seal it with the included lid.

Burr Grinder vs. blade? Whats the best coffee grinder?
We highly recommend using a burr grinder since they provide a much more even grind size, which makes for better coffee. More consistent sizes in the grind will always give you better control of the flavor extraction from your coffee maker. Whether you are using a pour over, french press, cold brew, or drip method for making your coffee, burr is the best.
Manual vs. electric coffee grinders, what should I choose?
Great question! Hand or electric coffee grinder, what is better? Well we have done some research on this topic for you and written a blog article about it. Check it out here. Each type of coffee mill has its own pros and cons. While one is more convenient, another can give you better coffee. One may offer storage for ground coffee, and the other may be easier to clean.In general whichever coffee grinder you choose, we recommend freshly grinding your coffee beans just before brewing. That is why a good barista will always fresh grind your beans for your espresso or your coffee. Coffee shops that open foil bags of pre-ground coffee beans are not giving you a freshly ground cup with full flavor. When coffee beans are ground they produce off gasses from the natural oxidation of the ground coffee. When coffee is giving off these off-gasses it cannot be packed in little cups or foil pouches since the pressure of the gasses will make these containers pop. So the manufacturers have to let the coffee finish off the oxidation, making it go stale before packing it in the little cups or pouches.So fresh grind your coffee, and stay away from stale cups and pouches. Fresher is better. Always.

What is laser-etching and what process is used on customization?
We do in-house custom laser engraving on our products. GROSCHE laser engraves all custom and personalized gifts to give them a polished, premium look and feel. Laser engraving/laser etching machines remove the product’s top powder coat and etches the custom design into the custom water bottles, mugs or coffee makers. The result is a sleek stainless-steel shine.
What is the difference between painted and laser?
Laser engraving is a premium finish compared to painted customization. That is because your order is permanently etched into the product, and won’t peel or fade over time. Our GROSCHE production team will laser etch your design on our product one by one to give the perfect finish. We love making the best gifts for employees, clients, or customers that you can give.
What is the warranty/return policy on an etched product?
We have a standard one-year warranty on any manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover breakage due to use or mishandling.We do not refund returns for custom products.If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to contact us! Does getting my custom order take longer?
We make all custom orders in house. This may take up to an additional 24 hours to complete your order. We appreciate your patience as we do our best to get the best quality product to you in a timely manner.
Can I edit my custom order?
Edits or changes cannot be made to your order once submitted. We encourage you to double check your order before submitting. We appreciate your understanding.
Why was my order cancelled?
As a company out to change the world one cup at a time we have strong values of social justice, inclusivity, kindness and empathy. We reinforce that by making sure that offensive, potentially offensive or profane words do not appear on our products. Orders that do not meet our standards will be cancelled and refunded within seven business days. Additionally, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and ask that you do the same. All text is reviewed upon submission and if the order infringes on any copyright or trademarks your order will also be cancelled and refunded.
Is there a colour option for the etching?
Since our products are engraved through laser etching, this process simply removes the top layer of the product to reveal the stainless steel material underneath.
What are the dimensions on how large you can etch my design?
For the Bremen Mini we are limited to what we can etch due to its small size. Please see attached image for visual details:
Is there a minimum order for engraving?
No, if you are interested in purchasing more than four we recommend considering purchasing through our Co-Branding Program for bulk pricing.
Can you engrave fonts that you don’t have listed?
At this time we are unable to engrave fonts outside of our current offerings. We are always looking for new ways to grow our creativity so be sure to check back because things may change. The fonts we currently offer are; Photography Signature, Vogue, Lemon Milk & Helvetica Neue.
Is there a limit to number of characters and do characters include “spaces”?
Yes, the limit is 14 characters. This does include spaces.
Can I Purchase in Bulk?
Yes but no. If you are interested in purchasing more than four we recommend considering purchasing through our Co-Branding Program for bulk pricing.
Why is there a price difference for etching?
The etching process takes additional time and care to ensure that we give our customers the absolute best result. We have added additional costs to be able to cover the cost of this process.
