This tea consists of apple, rosehips, hibiscus, peaches and chamomile petals. Each ingredient brings numerous health benefits when consumed. Rosehip and hibiscus petals are rich in Vitamin C. How to Steep it

To make this tea hot, add 2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea for 12 oz. (350 ml) of water. Let it steep for 4-8 minutes at 100 degrees C (212 F). Once the tea is steeped, remove the infuser and enjoy!

This tea makes a superb iced tea! To enjoy it iced, add three teaspoons of loose leaf tea for every 12 oz. (350 ml) of water. Let it steep for 4-8 minutes using 100 degrees C (212 F) water. We like steeping this tea longer for full flavour extraction. Once steeping has completed, pour it over ice and enjoy.
