The included stainless steel infuser detaches into two separate pieces to best suit any infusion for your flask. The new long and wide infuser can contain loose leaf tea, fruit and/or herbs for easy removal and cleaning.
The small basket infuser, when detached, can be placed inside after adding your fruits and herbs directly into the bottle to keep your infusion going all day. The fine holes in the filter work perfectly to keep fruit, tea bags and ice from passing through when drinking. You can also remove the strainer completely and it simply becomes a water bottle or mug!

What is laser-etching and what process is used on customization?
We do in-house custom laser engraving on our products. GROSCHE laser engraves all custom and personalized gifts to give them a polished, premium look and feel. Laser engraving/laser etching machines remove the product’s top powder coat and etches the custom design into the custom water bottles, mugs or coffee makers. The result is a sleek stainless-steel shine.
What is the difference between painted and laser?
Laser engraving is a premium finish compared to painted customization. That is because your order is permanently etched into the product, and won’t peel or fade over time. Our GROSCHE production team will laser etch your design on our product one by one to give the perfect finish. We love making the best gifts for employees, clients, or customers that you can give.
What is the warranty/return policy on an etched product?
We have a standard one-year warranty on any manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover breakage due to use or mishandling.We do not refund returns for custom products.If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to contact us! We will do our best to make sure you’re happy with our products and with our service. We love to hear from our customers, so don’t hesitate to email support@grosche.ca.
Does getting my custom order take longer?
We make all custom orders in house. This may take up to an additional 24 hours to complete your order. We appreciate your patience as we do our best to get the best quality product to you in a timely manner.
Can I edit my custom order?
Edits or changes cannot be made to your order once submitted. We encourage you to double check your order before submitting. We appreciate your understanding.
Why was my order cancelled?
As a company out to change the world one cup at a time we have strong values of social justice, inclusivity, kindness and empathy. We reinforce that by making sure that offensive, potentially offensive or profane words do not appear on our products. Orders that do not meet our standards will be cancelled and refunded within seven business days. Additionally, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and ask that you do the same. All text is reviewed upon submission and if the order infringes on any copyright or trademarks your order will also be cancelled and refunded.
Is there a colour option for the etching?
Since our products are engraved through laser etching, this process simply removes the painted layer of the bottle to reveal the stainless steel material underneath. This does show up differently depending on the colour of your bottle so please refer to this guide to see how an etched design appears on different bottle colours.
What are the dimensions on how large you can etch my design?
Each bottle has different length at which we can etch (the 22 ounce tumbler is a different length than our 32 ounce). We can etch a maximum of 2 cm in width, see attached chart for length details.

Can you engrave fonts that you don’t have listed?
At this time we are unable to engrave fonts outside of our current offerings. We are always looking for new ways to grow our creativity so be sure to check back because things may change. The fonts we currently offer are:
Is there a limit to number of characters and do characters include “spaces”?
Yes, the limit is 18 characters. This does include spaces.
Can I Purchase in Bulk?

Why is there a price difference for etching?
The etching process takes additional time and care to ensure that we give our customers the absolute best result. We have added additional costs to be able to cover the cost of this process.
