The CASABLANCA from GROSCHE is a bold-looking French press coffee maker that adds a touch of style to your kitchen. You can use it with coarse ground coffee to make a strong and flavourful cup of coffee. Alternatively, you can also use this French press with loose-leaf tea. The CASABLANCA features a beautifully ornate chrome housing and highest-quality borosilicate glass. This medical grade glass is completely heatproof and will never cloud or impart any flavour. This French press coffee maker has a capacity of 8 cups / 1000 ml, enough to make two to three large cups of coffee.

Dual filter system

The CASABLANCA French press coffee and tea maker features GROSCHE’s dual filter system.  The stainless steel main press mechanism will not rust, even when you use the press every day. It will also not impart a metallic taste into your drink. The second filter is directly integrated into the lid and prevents larger grinds from getting into your cup. When you make your coffee or tea, turn the lid to close the press while it steeps, and turn it again to open it to pour. That will retain heat and allow for better flavour for your coffee or tea.

Easy to use, easy on the environment

The CASABLANCA French coffee press is not just easy to use, but also much better for the environment than traditional coffee makers as it does not require any electricity or paper filters to brew your coffee or tea. Moreover, you can clean the CASABLANCA tea and coffee maker very easily. It is dishwasher-safe, but we recommend hand washing the components in order to ensure a long life.
