Serenitea Calming Tea

There are also a variety of elements which ease headaches and stomach difficulties. Overall, it is a cup of peace and stillness among the hustle and bustle; a quiet moment in your day to relax. This tea features smooth and refreshing flavours with calming ingredients that form together acting as natural sleep aids. The rooibos in this tea assists in a better sleep for adults and children. The chamomile calms and tranquilizes, helps one to sleep, reduces nervousness, fights headaches and migraines, and soothes menstrual cramps. Additionally, hops also help you to sleep better, calms the nerves and relieves anxiety and stress, as well as feelings of depression. Finally, oat straw fends off depression and is a tonic for the central nervous system; thereby calming anxiety, insomnia, and nervousness.

How to Steep it

This calming tea is best enjoyed hot and in times of rest.

To enjoy this tea hot, add two teaspoons of loose leaf tea for 12 oz. (350 ml) of water. Let it steep for 4-6 minutes using 100 degrees C (212 F) water. Once steeping is finished, remove the tea and enjoy!

To enjoy this tea iced, add three teaspoons of loose leaf tea for 9 oz. (263 ml) of water. Let it steep for 4-6 minutes using 100 degrees C (212 F) water. Once steeping is finished, remove the tea, pour over ice and enjoy!
