To enjoy this tea hot, add one teaspoon of loose leaf tea for 12 oz. (350 ml) into your teapot. Let it steep for 2-3 minutes in 80 degrees C water- not hotter. Once steeping has complete, remove infuser and pour into your mug and enjoy!
To enjoy this tea cold, add one teaspoon of loose leaf tea for 9 oz. (263 ml) into your teapot. Let it steep for 2-3 minutes in 80 degrees C water. Add any desired sweeteners, pour over ice, and enjoy!
