August has arrived, marking the end of summer 2023. The warm weather is ending, and soon we’ll be trading in our bathing suits for jackets and our cocktails for lattes. Want to savour the last bits of your summer and get a quick taste of the sunshine before fall moves in? Try these 3 quick and easy summer drinks to finish up your August!

Ocean Blue Citrus Sangria

This first blue sangria is the perfect drink for the end of summer to help you savor that last bit of warm weather and beachy feelings. Made with oranges, lemons, strawberries, mint, cinnamon, white wine, orange juice, seltzer, and curacao.



  • 1 Large Orange
  • 1 Large Lemon
  • 1 Large Lime
  • 3 Large strawberries
  • 3 Teaspoons of chopped mint leaves
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • ⅓ cup Sugar
  • 1 bottle of dry white wine
  • ⅔ cup Blue Curacao
  • ¼ cup Orange juice
  • 2 cups of Sparkling Water/Club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • BALI Large Water Infuser Pitcher


  1. Wash and thinly slice your fruit. Remove any remaining seeds from the orange, lemon and lime, and place all fruit into your BALI
  2. Add the mint, cinnamon stick, sugar, and white wine to your BALI. Stir all together until the sugar dissolves. Pour in blue curaçao and orange juice and stir until combined.
  3. Cover and let it chill in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours
  4. Add seltzer and ice cubes into your BALI and pour into wine glasses before serving and enjoy!

Tangy Peach Sangria

This blueberry, peach and lime sangria has the right amount of zest and zing to leave the summer season on the tip of your tongue. Made with blueberries, peaches, limes, white wine, vodka, peach juice and sparkling water. 



  • 1/2 cup of Blueberries
  • 1 cup of Peach slices
  • 1 sliced Lime
  • 1 bottle of White Wine
  • 1 cup of Vodka
  • 1 cup of Peach juice
  • 1/2 cup of Sparkling Water
  • Ice cubes
  • BALI large water infuser pitcher


  1. Combine the cup of blueberries, peach slices, lime, vodka and a bottle of wine into your BALI.
  2. Let chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour. This allows the lime, peach and blueberry flavours to fully infuse in the wine and vodka.
  3. Add the peach juice and sparkling water to your BALI before serving. Top with ice and enjoy!

Tropical Dragonfruit Pitcher Mojito

The final simple dragonfruit mojito gives you a taste of summer vacation right before we head into fall, and is so quick and easy, you’ll be in paradise every day! Made with lime, mint, dragon fruit, sugar, rum and carbonated water. 


  • 2/3 cup Lime juice, Lime slices for garnish
  • 3-4 Sprigs of Mint
  • 2 1/2 cups frozen or fresh Red Dragonfruit, Passionfruit and Pineapple
  • 5 tsp Sugar 
  • 2 parts Rum
  • Ice
  • Sparkling water/club soda
  • Cocktail muddle
  • BALI large water infuser pitcher


  1. Muddle your mint until crushed, add mint and lime juice into your BALI
  2. Add your fruit mix and sugar into the BALI, mix well.
  3. Fill the BALI with ice and 2 parts rum.
  4. Add sparkling water to your personal preference into your BALI.
  5. Pour into margarita glasses, garnish with lime slices/mint leaves and enjoy!
