How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping to Canada and the United States when you spend $75 or more, and a flat rate price of $15 for orders under that.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Normal transit times (not including order processing time) are:
- Canada: 3-7 business days
- United States: 3-8 business days
We make every effort to ship most orders within twenty-four hours of receiving it. During peak holiday and sales times we try to get all orders our within 1-3 business days of receiving them.
Can I choose the carrier for my shipment?
No, sorry. We use a variety of carriers to ship your order including Canada Post, US Post, UPS or FedEx. Depending on our shipping address and size of the order, we select the best carrier to ship your order timely and efficiently. Â Once your order ships, the details will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in Cambridge, ON, Canada, or our warehouse in Buffalo, NY, United States.It will depend on where we have the right stock in place for your order.
Do I have to worry about customs if youre shipping cross-border?
No, we take care of all that. You can order as if its a domestic order no matter where you are in USA or Canada.
One of my products arrived broken – what should I do?
Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to help you with a replacement product.
