Only the best leaves are used to achieve this high-grade delicious tea! The top two leaves and the new bud are taken and spread out on a table where they are selected one by one. The best tea is made during March and April when the tea bush awakens from its winter sleep and emerges its new shoots in the spring. They are plucked at pre-dawn when the leaf is covered in a misty dew which improves the taste. Green Pearl tea boasts a deep green tea flavour and colour, as well as a fresh grassy aroma.
