This Formosa Oolong is Taiwanese which is considered to be the very best and is known to produce a leaf which requires great skill to perfect. In addition this art requires years of training. It makes for a smooth cup of tea; light, yet perfectly balanced in flavour, aroma, and hue. Named by the Portuguese explorers of the island, Formosa means “beautiful”, relating to its earthy, rustic essence and tranquil tint. As well, like all our teas, this Oolong is all natural.

  • 2-3 minutes | 84 C/ 183.2 F

 

Cold Tea

  • 2 teaspoons | 9 oz. (263 ml)
  • 2-3 minutes | 84 C/ 183.2 F
  • Pour steeped tea into a pitcher of ice to make it a cold tea.
