Our Chamomile tea is a wonderful caffeine-free tea blend that is perfect for relaxing and relieving stress.
How to make Chamomile tea
Pour water just off boil onto 2 tsp of the chamomile tea into your tea infuser mug or your infuser teapot and allow to steep for 4-6 minutes. Sweeten with honey or your sweetener of choice if desired. You can also make this into an iced tea by making a tea concentrate with only 1/4 the water, and pour it over ice. The ice will melt and dilute the tea into a freshly brewed iced tea.
