How to make hot peppermint tea
Pour water just off boil onto 2 tsp of the tea into your tea infuser mug or your infuser teapot and allow to steep for 3-4 minutes. Peppermint tea tastes great with honey and a slice of lemon. Or try adding a bit of fresh ginger to turn your peppermint tea into a refreshing immune booster.
Peppermint tea also tastes great cold and is very refreshing in the summer. Use a bit less water when steeping and pour the tea over a ice cubes.
