How to steep elderberry tea

This is an easy to brew tea. That is because it can be easily made in any infuser teapot or infuser mug.

Brewing instructions

• 1-2 teaspoons of tea | 12 oz. / 350 ml of water
• Steep for 5-7 minutes | water temperature: 100° C/ 212° F

Does elderberry tea contain caffeine? While some blends of such herbal teas do contain caffeine with tea leaves, this one does not. That is since there are no tea leaves in it and it just contains pure berries. That also gives it a true berry flavor and this tea is great not only hot but also iced.
