How to make Assam loose-leaf tea

Use around 1 tsp per cup to make a nice full-bodied black tea that's high on flavour. Set your kettle to 90 degrees Celsius. Don't worry if you don't have a kettle where you can set a custom temperatue. Simply boil your water and wait one minute before pouring it over your Assam black tea. Let it steep for 3-4 minutes and then pour it in your cup. Try addind milk and sugar or honey for a perfectly smooth and mild cup of tea.
