How to Steep Caramel Tea
To enjoy it hot, add two teaspoons of caramel tea into your teapot for 12 oz. /350 ml of water. We like using the CAMBRIDGE teapot for its large capacity and elegant design- especially good for entertaining. Add 100 C/ 212 F water into your teapot and let it steep for 3-5 minutes. If you’re enjoying it as a dessert tea, add some almond milk and honey to give it more sweetness.
To enjoy it cold, add three teaspoons of caramel tea into your teapot for 9 oz. /263 ml of water. Add 100 C/ 212 F water into your teapot and let it steep for 3-5 minutes. Pour it over ice and enjoy. You can also add dairy and sugar to make it more dessert-like.
