This throat soothing tea is composed of herbs such as peppermint, linden petals, and lemon verbena which work to help lessen congestion and inflammation in the throat and respiratory tracts. It also contains Rooibos which boosts the immune system and calms for a better sleep. This refreshing and calming blend will help you to breathe better and relieve the symptoms which make you feel like you’re just not you.

Benefits of Throat Soothing Tea
This tea contains a variety of ingredients to help prevent and fight cold symptoms. Peppermint leaves relax the muscles of the throat and chest and are a powerful antibacterial herb which is effective in treating fever, cold, and cough. How to Steep it
If you’re trying to fight a cold, we suggest brewing this tea hot and adding a little bit of honey.
To make this tea hot, add two teaspoons of loose leaf tea in your infuser for every 12 oz. (350 ml) of water. Let it steep for 3-4 minutes in 100 C (212 F) water. Once steeping is complete, remove infuser and enjoy!
To enjoy this tea iced, add three teaspoons of loose leaf tea into your infuser for 9 oz (263 ml) of water. Let it steep for 3-4 minutes in 100 c (212 F) water. Remove infuser and pour over ice.
