How to steep it

This cranberry apple tea is an excellent tea for cold brewing methods and is a great alternative to sugary pops and juices. Try brewing it in the GROSCHE ABERDEEN tea steeper. If you’re brewing it as a cold tea, make sure to double the tea quantity to make it into a concrete base. This will ensure a full flavoured tasting tea without making it watery from the melting ice.

 

Hot Tea

• 2 heaping teaspoon of tea | 12 oz. / 350 ml of water
• Steep for 3-4 minutes | water temperature: 100° C/ 212° F

 

Cold Tea

• 3 heaping teaspoons of tea | 9 oz. / 263 ml of water
• Steep for 3-4 minutes | water temperature: 100° C/ 212° F
