Iced Lavender Matcha Latte
A dreamy blend of sweet, floral, and creamy, this iced lavender matcha latte is the kind of spring drink you will want to make again and again. It feels fresh and light over ice, but still has that comforting, treat-yourself vibe that makes it perfect for slow mornings, sunny afternoons, or a little mid day reset.
Try steeping the lavender tea for longer to enhance the floral notes or omitting the ice and topping with warm, steamed milk for a cozy hot version!
Ingredients
- 4 tsp lavender tea
- 1 tsp matcha powder
Ice
8 oz milk of choice
2 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Add 4 tsp lavender tea and 2 tsp sugar to your Aberdeen steeper.
Fill the steeper ¼ of the way with hot water and let it steep for 5 minutes.
While steeping, fill your cup ¾ full with ice.
Scoop 1 tsp matcha into a bowl and gently whisk dry to break up clumps.
- Pour lavender tea over the matcha and whisk in a “W” motion until foamy. (No whisk? Use the E-Z milk frother!)
- Pour the lavender matcha over ice.
Top with milk of your choice. For extra indulgence, froth a little milk with the E-Z Milk Frother and add it as cold foam.
Pistachio Cream Latte

2 tbsp pistachio cream
2 shots espresso
10 oz milk of choice
Cocoa powder
Instructions
Add the pistachio cream to the bottom of your mug.
Pull two shots of espresso directly over pistachio cream and stir to combine.
Sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
Steam your milk of choice (or froth pre-warmed milk).
Pour milk into your mug (latte art optional, but encouraged!)
