Grapefruit Rosemary

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 unpeeled sliced grapefruit
  • 3 sprigs of rosemary
  • 3 cups of ice
  • Water

How to Prepare:

Start by placing sliced grapefruit and rosemary into a bottle or pitcher. Then put in ice on top so that it holds the fruit to the bottom and fill with water.

Let the mixture infuse in the fridge for 3-4 hours before serving.

Strawberry Lime & Mint

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of sliced strawberries
  • 1 sliced lime
  • 3-5 mint leaves
  • 3 cups of ice
  • Water

How to Prepare:

First, thinly slice your strawberries and lime. Then place one cup of sliced strawberries, the lime and mint leaves into a bottle or pitcher.

Place the ice on top and fill with water. Let the mixture infuse in the fridge for 3-4 hours before serving.

Apple Cinnamon

Ingredients:

  • 1 cored and sliced apple
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 cups of ice
  • Water

How to Prepare:

Blueberry Lemon & Cucumber

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 3-5 mint leaves
  • 3 cups of ice
  • Water

How to Prepare:

First take the stems off the blueberries and cut the lemon into small slices. Then place the blueberries, lemon and mint leaves into your bottle or pitcher.

Place the ice on top and fill with water. Place in the fridge and let the mixture infuse for 4-8 hours. Serve chilled.

Pear Raspberries & Rosemary

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 sliced pear
  • 1 cup of fresh raspberries
  • 3 sprigs of rosemary
  • 3 cups of ice
  • Water

How to Prepare:

Cut ½ of a pear into thin slices. Then place the pear, raspberries and rosemary into your bottle or pitcher. Place the ice on top and fill with water.
