How to Steep it
Ideal steeping is 3-5 minutes at 84 C. It’s best not to use boiling water for this Jasmine Oolong tea. The reason for this is to not extract excess tannins from the tea. This prevents masking its naturally sweet flavors. Using boiling water with any Oolong can make it taste slightly bitter so it’s best not to do so.
To enjoy this tea hot, at one teaspoon of loose leaf tea for every 12 oz. (350 ml) of water. Let it steep for 2-3 minutes in 84 degrees C water.

How is Oolong tea different from other types of teas?

The difference between them is that Oolong tea is partially fermented, black tea is fully fermented, and green tea is unfermented. Oolong is one of the favorite types of tea leaves in Asia.
