Benefits of this Tropical Fruit Tea
When vacationing in southern climes, one usually comes across the hibiscus flower; a delicate blossom consisting of many health benefits. Hibiscus is known for its ability to treat high blood pressure and cholesterol levels, as well as assist with digestive, immune, and inflammatory concerns. It is also rich in Vitamin C, minerals, and calms hypertension and anxiety.
How to Steep it
To enjoy it hot, add two teaspoons of tea into your favourite teapot (we like our GROSCHE ABERDEEN for its simplicity). After that, pour in your boiling water and let it steep for 3-5 minutes. Once it’s finished steeping, pour it into your mug and enjoy!
Make it a tropical iced tea! Add three teaspoons of tea for every 9 oz./ 263 ml of water. Pour in boiling water and let it steep for 3-5 minutes. Once it’s steeped, pour it over ice into a pitcher.
