The GLASGOW Classic glass teapot with glass infuser
The Glasgow glass teapot from GROSCHE has a glass infuser and modern looks. The straight and simple lines give it a classic look and feel. The borosilicate glass allows you to see your tea while it is steeping. This feature allows you to prevent it from over-steeping. The infuser can be safely removed and the lid placed back on the pot. Moreover, the micro-slits in the all glass tea infuser allow for a complete infusion of your loose-leaf tea. So with the infuser, you can use it for loose leaf tea, or without the infuser for blooming tea. The Glasgow teapot is made from heatproof borosilicate glass and is hand blown.
It has a capacity of 34 fl oz. or 1000 ml.
The Sahara Teapot Warmer – Perfect for the Glasgow Teapot
The Sahara glass teapot warmer is the perfect companion to any glass teapot. This warmer is a perfect fit and comes with a tea light candle to keep your tea warm. Additionally, it is made from borosilicate glass.
4 Assorted blooming teas are included in this set
These blooming teas make a wonderful gift for a tea lover. The artisans make each flower tea bud by hand one by one. Then, they sew the leaves together into the shape of a tea ball. Artisans then sealed and package the tea ball in foil pouches to maintain their freshness. The tea balls are completely natural and have layered jasmine or pomegranate flavors. This set comes with an assorted set of 4 varied blooming teas.
What do blooming tea flowers look like before they bloom?
Artisans gather and sew the edible flowers together. They add in hand-picked green and white tea leaves to make the blooming tea flower balls. Then they make each tea flower ball one by one by hand. They then press it into a shape of a tea ball. When you pour hot water over it the tea ball opens up and the flowers emerge and give a subtle and refined tea, jasmine, and floral aroma and flavors. These blooming teas are not strong flavored teas. So, they are meant to be enjoyed as light and refreshing teas any time of the day.
How to make blooming tea in a glass teapot
You can make blooming tea easily in a glass teapot. So, let’s watch Britney from the Red Brick Cafe as she demonstrates how to brew a flowering tea ball in a GROSCHE glass teapot.
Easy to use, easy to clean
The GLASGOW infuser glass teapot is easy to use. Also, it matches with the Sahara teapot warmer to keep your tea warm for hours. You can place the glass teapot in the dishwasher for cleaning. However, we highly recommend gently rinsing it out after use with some soapy water. This will avoid accidental breakage in the dishwasher. Also, you should avoid using harsh metallic scouring pads or metal spoons with a glass teapot like the Glasgow.
